Here in the South-West region of France, we are famous for our generously authentic cooking, so we say that you should go the whole hog with a starter, main course, dessert and wine. 


Some of our local specialities: oysters from the Bay of Arcachon or Marennes Oléron, foie gras from Dordogne, Bayonne ham, Limousin beef, duck confit from the South-West and “cannelé” pastries from Bordeaux. Fresh, organic and locally-sourced!
