Personal data collected from the questionnaire will be processed by Bordeaux Métropole in order to reply to your enquiry.
This data processing is necessary for Bordeaux Métropole to carry out the mission it has set for itself – to serve the public interest.
This data will be sent to members of staff who are in charge of processing the Bordeaux Métropole questionnaires, according to the positions they hold or for the fulfilment of their duties.
This data will be held for 12 months, after which, it will be archived until it is no longer of use for administrative purposes. It will then be permanently deleted or archived under the conditions defined by the French Heritage Code.
In compliance with French Law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computer files and individual freedoms, as amended (personal data protection law), you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose and limit this data at any time and under the conditions set out in the law,. You have the right to file a claim with the CNIL (French data protection authority) and also to give instructions concerning the use of the data for after you die.
