Getting around
from the village
- On foot: there is a signposted walk for pedestrians leading to the Rugby Village (from Rue Charles Doumerq down the riverbanks via Quais de Paludate and finally Quais Sainte-Croix).
- By tram: take line C and get off at the St-Michel stop.
TO THE TOWN CENTRE
- On foot: follow the signposted walk for pedestrians to get to the town centre.
- By tram: take line C and get off at the Quinconces stop.
- By bus.
TO THE STADIUM
- Tram line C: towards ‘Parc des Expositions’ (30 mins).
- Take tram line C, change at Quinconces for tram B and get off at the ‘Cité du Vin’ stop where there are shuttle buses running 3 hours before the match (45 mins).

Take line A, get off at the “Porte de Bourgogne” stop and then walk for 600 m.

Take Tram line A, get off at “Pey-Berland” and take Tram line B to the “Cité du Vin” stop where you can get a shuttle.
There is also a taxi rank in front of Terminal A.
If you’re not carrying heavy luggage, it’s an easy walk from the station to the Village, the town centre and/or the “Cité du Vin”, and a great way to discover Bordeaux’s wonderful architecture into the bargain.

BETWEEN THE RUGBY VILLAGE AND THE STADIUM
A fleet of bicycles is available free of charge for those who want to ride safely to the stadium along the clearly indicated 7 km-long trail to the stadium.
IN THE MÉTROPOLE AREA
There are over 2,000 public share scheme bicycles on offer at 186 “V3” docking stations in the Métropole area.

Free-floating companies operate a fleet of 1,500 bicycles, 1,500 scooters and 500 mopeds in the Métropole area.

Please note that, under the French Highway Code, 50cm3 mopeds are not authorised on the ring road (article R413-19 du Code de la Route).

There are 28 Park & Rides in the TBM network, all of which are located near tram and bus lines to help you combine your car and public transport seamlessly to get to the Village or the stadium.

Buses
Buses (vehicles with more than 9 seats) wishing to park in the Stadium car park (P5) must make the request by email to France 2023 at the following address contact.parking@france2023.rugby (cost €350).
The “TBM” public transport network (Transports Bordeaux Métropole) operates the urban tramway, bus lines and riverboat shuttles in the city.
On match days the trams will run more frequently.

GETTING TO THE STADIUM FROM THE LEFT BANK
- Take Tram line C (estimated time: 25 mins from Quinonces): indicating “Parc des Expositions”.
- Take Tram line B (estimated time: 25 mins from Quinonces – during shuttle running times) and get off at the “Cité du Vin” stop where you can take a shuttle bus to the stadium.
When travelling from the town centre during the rush hour, opt for tram line B combined with the shuttle to the stadium.

- Tram line A: get off at “Gare de Cenon” station and take the “Stade” shuttle bus. (estimated time: 25 mins from “Cenon Gare” – during shuttle bus running times)
